1. Acceptance of Terms

• 5112 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

• Deposit: Credited to your account almost instantly once payment is confirmed by the payment processor. 5112 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Withdrawal: Processed within the stipulated timeframe once user identity verification is complete. 5112 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes.
• Transaction cancellation: Credited deposits cannot be reversed. Pending withdrawals may be cancelled through your account section.
• Tax: Users are solely responsible for any taxes or financial obligations arising from their winnings or transactions under applicable Malaysian law.
